- AximTrade Account must complete verification
- To enable withdrawal of profits, trade must meet the minimum 3 lots within 14 days, starting from the day of bonus account creation.

General Terms
1. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours before any bonus is added to the account of an Eligible Client who meets all of the criteria set forth herein.
2. The STARTUP BONUS program applies to all clients who completes their registration with the Company in accordance with the rules set herein and granted bonuses may be used for trading purposes only and bonus amount cannot be withdrawn.
3. Trading bonuses cannot be separately transferred between, or from Eligible Clients’ real trading Accounts with the Company.
4. AximTrade reserves the right, at its reasonable discretion to decline registration of any participant in the STARTUP BONUS program.
5. AximTrade reserves the right, at its reasonable discretion, to discontinue the offering of this STARTUP BONUS program to any of its clients, without having to explain the reasons. Such clients will be informed via email.
6. Clients may opt-out from the STARTUP BONUS program whenever they wish.
7. AximTrade reserves the right to alter, amend or terminate the STARTUP BONUS program or any aspect of it at any time. Taking part in the STARTUP BONUS program constitutes acceptance and agreement to abide by any such alterations, amendments and/or changes.
8. Any indication or suspicion, in the Company’s sole discretion, of any form of arbitrage (including but not limited to risk free profiting), abuse (including but not limited to participant’s trading activity patterns that indicate that the participant solely aims to benefit financially without being genuinely interested in trading in the markets and/or taking market risk; or trading activity where majority of trades are reopened in the same trading instrument less than 30 seconds after the trade in the same direction was closed), keeping account completely hedged more, than 50% of the trading time, internal hedging in coordination with other parties or any other form of hedging with the attempt to abusive trading intentions or any other forms of deceitful or fraudulent activity, will constitute all Transactions carried and/or profits or losses garnered as invalid. In these circumstances, we reserve the right to close/suspend (either temporarily or permanently) Client’s STARTUP BONUS Account and/or cancel all trades. Please refer to our Client Agreement for more details.
9. In the event that Account becomes dormant, previously awarded trading bonus will be immediately withdrawn from the respective Eligible Clients’ STARTUP BONUS Account with the Company.
10. This promotion may be redeemed only once by any Eligible Client.
11. The STARTUP BONUS program is not applicable for holders of Shares trading account(s).
12. Taking part in the STARTUP BONUS program constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions, Client Agreement and Partner Agreement as indicated, and all Business Terms and Policies set forth on the Company’s website.
13. If any of STARTUP BONUS program terms were to be translated into a language other than English, then the English version of these terms shall prevail where there is an inconsistency.
